services since 1998. Our expertise
in database management, data processing
and custom software programming allow
DDI to customize and administer rebate
programs for corporations across the
US. Our services are tailored to individual
client requirements. We can provide
all or parts of our rebate services.
Customized Services
- Consumer completes rebate form
received at point of sale or in
product and mails directly to Data
Dash with any proof of purchase
requirements.
- Data Dash opens mail and validates
contents against client’s
supplied checklist. Our data capture
software allows for many validation
routines to automated during data
capture.
- Data Dash captures all data required
from the rebate form, UPC’s
and receipts per client’s
record layout.
- Computer processing determines
if the rebate is compliant. Data
Dash fulfills merchandise, check
offer or transmit file to other
source for fulfillment.
- If the rebate is non-compliant,
Data Dash follows client instructions
for rejection. Could consist of
reports to client, mail reject
reasons to customer, etc.
- Data Dash provides client with
custom detailed
reports as required and when required.
