Data Dash is equipped with two high speed mail opening machines and one high speed mail extractor. Currently we can open 100,000+ envelopes a day.
We receive the mail via customer shipments, or DDI drivers picking up from client’s facilities or we routinely setup PO boxes for our clients. We open, extractor, sort and batch. Depending on our client’s requirements, we prep the documents for scanning and indexing or in the case of rebates and insurance claim forms perform validation and then capture the data. For some projects it is simply open, extract, batch, key, verify and transmit.
Data Dash is equipped with laser printers and sheet folders to handle custom out going mail projects. We print laser labels, envelopes and mail merge laser letters.
