to look like the documents or images
we receive then output the captured
data in for specified format so no
modifications from our clients is
necessary. Some clients require us
to key directly into their computer
systems across T1’s. Others
clients require us captured data across
the internet.
We receive documents and images for
capture in many ways. We have drivers
that pickup and delivery daily within
110 miles of our St. Louis facility.
Some of our clients elect to use their
own couriers and freight companies.
We routinely setup P.O. Boxes and
also receive via fax and e-mail. If
the client elects to scan their documents,
we received images from FTP sites,
CD’s and DVD’s.
Data
Dash is equipped with over fifty data
entry workstations networked through
Novell, operating twenty-four hours
a day. We have 1,200 hours available
a day or 12,000,000 keystrokes. We
are also equipped with two high speed
mail opening machines and one high
speed mail extractor. We have three
90+ ppm scanners and one portable
15 ppm scanner. At each location we
run two mirrored file servers that
are plugged into a smart UPS. In addition,
we perform nightly backups on tape.
Our facilities and vehicles have
been security inspected and approved
by the State Of Illinois Department
of Internal Affairs. All of our employees
pass a security check and sign a non-disclosure
agreement before employment begins.
We conduct regular meetings discussing
the confidential nature of all our
client’s work.
High quality and quick turnaround
(within 24 hours, if needed) are our
standards. Mail lists, market research
surveys, legal documents, business
reply cards, warranty forms, rebates,
inventory sheets, tax returns, insurance
claims – any data on paper that
requires conversion to an electronic
format – are input accurately
and efficiently. We can also transmit
data back to your office quickly via
modem or the Internet.
